From prototype to industrial scale.

Linkweez was born from a simple observation. After 10+ years building connected products across industrial IoT, smart buildings and consumer electronics, Dimitri Kiesse saw the same thing happen project after project: startups and mid-sized companies struggle to move from prototype to production.

Not because the technology is lacking. But because a team capable of covering every layer is missing — from sensor to cloud, from firmware to mobile app, from POC to assembly line.

Coordinating five vendors means five times the blocking risk. Having a single end-to-end team means the engineering discipline needed to deliver on time, on budget, at scale.

That's what Linkweez does.

Dimitri Kiesse

20+ years building connected products at scale. Dimitri started his career in multimedia and broadcast technology, where he ultimately became Managing Director UK of Groupe Bayard, leading multimedia operations across the group and several partner institutions — notably major Catholic publishing and media organisations.

In 2024, he founded Linkweez to bring the same end-to-end engineering discipline to industrial IoT — bridging the gap between brilliant prototypes and industrial-scale production. He now leads the company's expansion across three continents: London (HQ), Singapore (delivering the $10M smart building contract) and Paris (R&D centre, opening 2026).
