We design the system in detail: from sensor to cloud. Every interface is specified, every protocol is documented.

Prototyping

First functional prototype end-to-end. Real hardware, real connectivity, real data flowing into the cloud. This is where we validate hypotheses.

Field pilot

Deployment at a representative scale (hundreds of units). On the field is where real constraints reveal themselves: RF, vibrations, user behaviour, supply chain.
