Installation contractors
Singapore-based companies, experienced on large-scale projects (Class A buildings, critical infrastructure), BCA-certified, with at least 20 available technicians.
Form: contractual subcontracting or consortium
Equipment suppliers
Manufacturers or distributors of sensors (temperature, humidity, occupancy, air quality), IoT gateways, network equipment, commercial BMS systems. Products certified for the APAC market.
Form: preferred supplier contract
Specialised tech solutions
Niche software vendors: smart HVAC, adaptive lighting, biometric access control, AI video surveillance, energy management. Integration via standard APIs (REST, MQTT, BACnet).
