Singapore, April 2026 — Following the announcement of its $10M smart building contract earlier this month, Linkweez today formally opens its Singapore Partner Program, inviting companies in three categories to collaborate on the project and on future APAC deployments.

Three partner categories

1. Installation contractors

Local Singapore companies with proven track record in commercial-scale technology installations: BMS cabling, sensor mounting, network deployment, low-voltage systems. Required certifications include BCA, NEA and relevant building services licences.

2. Equipment suppliers

Manufacturers or authorised distributors of:

  • Wireless sensors (occupancy, environmental, energy)
  • Gateway hardware (multi-protocol, edge-computing-capable)
  • Networking equipment (BLE mesh, Zigbee, LoRaWAN)
  • Energy sub-metering equipment
  • HVAC controllers, lighting drivers, access readers

3. Tech solution providers

Niche software vendors providing specialised capabilities that complement the Linkweez AI Building Management Platform:

  • HVAC optimisation algorithms
  • Lighting scheduling and circadian wellness
  • Access control and visitor management
  • Security and intrusion detection
  • ESG reporting and carbon accounting

Timeline. Applications open immediately. Partner evaluation runs through May-June 2026. Final selection announced July 2026. Project kick-off September 2026.
